1. Self-Paced Online Courses
Refund Eligibility:You are entitled to a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the course.
Refund Window:Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
No Questions Asked:Refunds will be processed with no questions asked, provided the request is made within the eligible period.
 
2. Webinars
Refund Eligibility:No refunds will be provided for webinars under any circumstances.
We encourage participants to thoroughly review webinar details before registering.
 
3. Study Abroad Registration Fee
Refund Eligibility:The registration fee is fully refundable if your student visa application is rejected.
Conditions:Refund requests must include supporting documentation of the visa rejection from the relevant authority.
No refunds will be issued for other reasons, such as personal decisions to withdraw.

4. Course Fee Paid to Colleges/Institutions
Course fees paid directly to the colleges or institutes where we facilitate student admissions abroad do not fall under our refund policy.
Liaising with Institutions:Students are required to liaise with the respective institutions regarding any refund requests or related concerns.
Responsibility Disclaimer:Unizing is not liable for the refund policies or decisions of the respective institutions. 

General Terms
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
All refund requests should be submitted to [email protected], clearly specifying your purchase details and reason for the request (where applicable).
