- Non-Residential Property Leasing: Competency in leasing non-residential properties, understanding regulatory requirements, and drafting lease agreements.
- Real Estate Investment: Principles of real estate investment, acquisition, divestment, return calculations, and valuation basics.

Note: The first two modules align with Singapore’s Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination syllabus. Existing RES or those who have passed their RES examinations are exempted from these two modules.
